Their sign is a Pokemon stop. My wife and I were playing and walked in front of the sign late at night. A man from the property charged directly at us in an SUV, yelling what was going on. Yep, felt the love.

I am a former minister who lived in a church building. I remember walking out, asking strangers what they were up to. But it never occurred to me to use my vehicle (or anything else) as a weapon to threaten someone actually on the property, let alone a couple like us who was walking nearby.

  • I appreciated the traditional Episcopal worship service at Saint Columba's. There was a sense of decorum, and it was if one could feel the spirit of love in the building. The priest spent his sermon-time talking about the Gospel reading of the day. These people like smells and bells. There was no secular politics; even though it was easy to tell that he was Pro-Life. Most of the congregation was grey-headed, although there was a family there with two toddlers. Coffee and snacks were served after the service. I felt welcome.
